Fatal Crash on US-212 Under Lyman Blvd Bridge

CHANHASSEN, MINNESOTA - The Minnesota State Patrol has confirmed that around 12:50 p.m. on Thursday, May 22, 2025, emergency personnel responded to a fatal single-vehicle crash on westbound U.S. Highway 212 beneath the Lyman Boulevard bridge.

The center and right lanes of westbound US-212 are closed while crash reconstruction teams conduct their investigation. Moderate delays are ongoing due to the lane closures. Around 1:45 PM, a separate minor fender bender happened in the far left lane in the same location. These vehicles were quickly moved out of the area, and no injuries were reported in that separate incident.

Sources close to the incident tell us this crash might have been intentional.
