Minnesota State Patrol is Asking for Help Finding a Black Dodge Ram Believed to be Connected to a Serious Hit-and-Run in Burnsville

The Minnesota State Patrol is asking for the public’s help locating a 2006 to 2009 model black Dodge Ram that they believe is connected to this hit-and-run. This incident occurred back on Wednesday, July 17th, that seriously injured a 24-year-old man from Shakopee, Minnesota. State Patrol says the truck will likely have damage on the front driver’s side. Original Story - BURNSVILLE, MINNESOTA – The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating a serious crash early Wednesday morning in Burnsville. According to the State Patrol Public Information Officer (PIO), the incident occurred just after 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning near Highway 13 and Washburn Avenue when a car struck a person and then fled the scene.

The crash involved a 24-year-old male from Shakopee, Minnesota. While his injuries are reported to be serious, they are fortunately non-life-threatening. Authorities continue to work to identify the vehicle involved in the crash and told us once this information has been obtained, they will release it to us.
