The crash report states that the driver of the Kenworth, a 69-year-old male, witnessed the Suzuki, driven by a 66-year-old female, fail to stop at the stop sign at the end of the ramp for southbound Highway 52 at 280th Street E without slowing down as they were going westbound on 280th Street.
