Minor Injuries Reported in Rollover Crash on Highway 13 in Burnsville

BURNSVILLE, MINNESOTA – Authorities are investigating a two-vehicle crash resulting in a rollover in Burnsville on Tuesday afternoon.

Just after 2:10 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, Minnesota State Patrol troopers, along with the Burnsville Fire Department, Burnsville Police, and MnDOT FIRST, responded to the area of Highway 13 and just east of Nicollet Avenue following reports of a collision involving a Toyota Camry and a Tesla.

According to the State Patrol, a 30-year-old woman driving the Camry made minor contact with the Tesla, which caused the Camry to roll over. The woman sustained minor injuries in the crash but did not require transport to the hospital.

While possible impairment was initially investigated as a factor, authorities later determined through field sobriety tests that it was not the cause of this crash. The crash remains under active investigation.
