Two Uninjured After Rollover Crash on I-35E to Hwy 77 Ramp in Eagan

EAGAN, MINNESOTA – Emergency crews responded to a single-vehicle rollover crash Monday morning on the northbound I-35E ramp to Highway 77 (Cedar Avenue) in Eagan.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the crash occurred shortly after 8:20 a.m. when a vehicle entered the curved ramp at an excessive speed and rolled. No other vehicles were involved in the incident. Both occupants of the vehicle were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash, but were entrapped inside the overturned vehicle. Emergency responders worked to extricate them safely. Fortunately, neither occupant was injured.

The ramp was temporarily closed to allow first responders to access the scene and facilitate the safe towing of the vehicle. The crash was cleared, and the ramp was reopened about an hour later.

Agencies responding to the scene included the Minnesota State Patrol, Eagan Fire Department, Eagan Police Department, and M Health Fairview.
