Crash in Burnsville Leaves One Car Overturned, Second Vehicle Flees Scene

BURNSVILLE, MINNESOTA – A crash at the Cliff Road and West River Hills Drive intersection resulted in one car overturning, while a second vehicle reportedly fled. The accident occurred around 8:30 PM on March 31, 2025, causing a temporary blockage of eastbound Cliff Road just past West River Hills.

Emergency responders arrived on-site to find an overturned vehicle, with good Samaritans assisting in getting the occupants out. One passerby said he and another gentleman stopped and helped move the front window so that at least three people, including two children, could escape the wreckage. Burnsville Officials have confirmed for us that there were minor injuries.

Burnsville officials said the investigation is ongoing, but they confirmed that the vehicle that fled the scene was found. Due to the ongoing investigation, though, no other details are available. Once more information is released, we will be able to provide further updates.
