Body Discovered at Paha Sapa Park in Burnsville; No Foul Play Suspected

BURNSVILLE, MINNESOTA – Last week, Burnsville Police responded to Paha Sapa Park, located at 15016 Chicago Avenue in Burnsville, following the discovery of a body in the park. Burnsville Police were called to the scene on Tuesday, March 25, after someone in the park found the body.

Officials from the City of Burnsville have confirmed that no foul play is suspected in the case. Officials are waiting for an official cause of death from the Hennepin County Medical Examiner before any additional details are released regarding the discovery. The identity of the deceased has not yet been released, pending notification of family members.

Paha Sapa Park, a well-known recreational area in Burnsville, remains open to the public.
